Hey gang ,

well I am hanging in the star alliance lounge on my way to Germany for another crack at challenge roth . training since my last update has come along very well , I do have a slight hamstring injury which has hampered my running but all should be fine by Sunday .

I have mentioned this before but I am officially in love with my star alliance gold card which I won at IM Wisconsin last year . I arrived at check in ready to for the normal routine you get whilst traveling and i get " Mr McDonald we have over sold the flight this evening so you have been bumped up to business class " SWEEEET!!

Once again Challenge has assembled a stellar field for the race and I am looking forward to leavein it all out on the road
